More Clothing Ltd. is a UK-based specialist in ladies’ apparel, ranging from basic garments to glitzy fashion. Initial problems: machine translations and limited time

Before working with ICE, More Clothing had to face challenges with machine translations on Amazon which weren’t effective enough in meeting their buyers’ expectations. They considered finding a service-provider that had experience selling on Amazon and offered native translation solutions for non-English speaking countries within Europe. Curious by the introduction video on ICE’s website, Adam Jagot, director of More Clothing, decided to give ICE a call and get an individual consultation to figure out how ICE could help him reach his expansion goals. First, ICE’s team of native e-commerce specialists helped More Clothing set up on Amazon Germany, followed shortly thereafter with e-commerce specialized translations for Amazon France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. ICE helped maintain these platforms, dealing with listing errors, creating new items and supplying the required translations. After getting a feeling of what ICE could do for them, More Clothing decided to sign on for ICE’s TEAM managed care to ease the transition into the listing tool Linnworks.
After an encouraging consultation with ICE’s marketplace experts, More Clothing agreed on expanding further to new platforms beyond Amazon and eBay, and implemented their products across marketplaces like OnBuy, Fruugo, real.de (now Kaufland.de), Cdiscount and Wish.

ICE has successfully helped More Clothing launch onto several established Amazon marketplaces, as well as solid-performing markets like OnBuy and Fruugo. As a result, Adam says that More Clothing has seen an increase of about four times more revenue.
