Anja is a co-founder and a Managing Director of InterCultural Elements (ICE) and Director of International Operations at Buy Box Experts and InterCultural Elements. She has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Leipzig. Her passion for intercultural issues began when she traveled internationally after finishing her studies. To further her experience in dealing with cultural differences, she received a certificate in Intercultural Training and Coaching from the University of Jena. Since then, she has offered cultural training and seminars on cultural awareness. Her clients include medium-sized to enterprise software and manufacturing companies, as well as institutions like Chambers of Commerce and university institutions. Besides being one of the Managing Directors, she also leads the Human Resource department at ICE.
